I just found these stamps. They were in a box on a back shelf and had been there since the 1970's. We're offering these 10 Phillipine stamps, Scott #1177, in partial sheet form, at a great price. The Catalog value is currently $0.75 US each. All these stamps are Mint, Original Gum, Never Hinged and in LIKE NEW condition. No stains, smudges, etc...
