PowerMac G4 Computer with Monitor, Keyboard and Mouse

This listing is for a PowerMac G4 Model M5183 computer with Monitor, Keyboard and Mouse. This is a 533 MHz model with 128MB of SD Ram. The Hard drive is a Maxtor 40 GB unit and there's a Read/Write Compact Disk (CD) drive. The Monitor is an early G4 compatible unit by Apple and the video driver card is installed in the computer. There's room to add a ZipDrive or a DVD drive should you want to expand this system. The Keyboard and Mouse are the stylish clear lucite units all connecting with USB connectors.

There are FOUR (4) open expansion slots on the Mother Board and Two (2) of the THREE (2) Memory slots have DIMM's in them. One piece of memory is marked as 128MB SDRam. The second piece is by Samsung and is 256MB giving a total of 384 Megs of RAM. There's a 56K modem onboard for dialup use and room to install an AirCard for wireless internet in your home or office.

This system saw use in a graphics shop and has OS 9.1 installed. Other packages are licensed versions of Photoshop, QuarkExpress, Stuffit and more. This system is fully operational with the software described.

The Monitor is not an LCD unit but instead it is a Flatscreen CRT in a stylish Clear Apple case as shown below. There are two USB connectors on the right side of the monitor to which the cable from the keyboard attaches and the second is for accessories you might have that connect via USB such as external floppy or disk drives.

The Mouse is "old school" in that it's not a two button mouse and it does not have a roller with which to scroll. It's just a clear case Macintosh Mouse with the Apple logo on it. The cable for the mouse plugs into either the left or right end of the keyboard to accomodate either right or left handed users. See it below.





This complete system is located in Frederick, Maryland. After agreement is reached on sale price, pickup can be arranged at a mutually agreed upon location in the Greater Frederick area.
